It was sponsored by the School of Kinesiology and Ross School of Business, and organized by dual majors Brandon Rhodes and Dustin Cairo.

Developed by a group of U-M undergraduate students affiliated with both the Stephen M. Ross School of Business and School of Kinesiology, their aim is to educate and develop the future business leaders of the world. The theme for the 2012 conference is “The Changing Faces of Sport.”
